HISA Useful Rules and Policy

COACHING

HISA has 3 US Squash Certified Coaches. Out of 3, 1 male coach is level 3 certified, and 2 female coaches are level 1 certified. Any coach can give lesson whenever deemed necessary. Head Coach will try best to get his replacement for any such session/s when coach is unable to be present.

HISA approved and US Squash Certified coaches are Muhammad Waseem Haq, Neha Haq, & Mahnoor Haq. Also, those future coaches under HISA training, to become US Squash certified coaches, would also coach periodically.

Cotract students are not allowed to start learning different techniques, swings, different grips etc from other coaches, without consent of HISA coaches. That will lead to extra work for HISA coach/es to make them unlearn. Therefore, not allowed to go into another program simutaneously during the contract. Contract could break, and no imbursements will be made. Further, no reimbursements if any player/s leave in the middle of the contract.

Coaching during Tournaments, Scrimmages & Leagues is available. Students should sign-up to make it a consistent across the floor for all HISA students. So no student is left behind from getting coaching during the events

HISA does not teach players of other coaches without their knowledge & approval, so that the players especially the juniors, are not confused. HISA encourages coaching under only one head coach even if that program includes coaching by various pros at different cities.

CONTRACTS

Cotracts are yearly, Spring, Summer and fall. Only yearly contracts will be given "One (1) racket of choice" to each at the end of the "fully completed contract".

Time slots are filled for all students first come first basis of yearly contracts

No increase of the rates for those who sign the yearly contracts. Rates will be locked for the whole year for the yearly contracts. For those who choose to sign Spring, Summer and Fall contracts separately, their prices will be locked accordingly. At present HISA is not doing multi year contracts.

PAYMENTS

With a discounted, whereever applicable, and monthly payments no make-ups for any squash program item, including lessons. Discounts to be applied at the 12th month.

Only Automated monthly Check and online payment at www.hisasquash.com to be paid on the fifteenth of each month. starting January 01 2014. This ensures 50% share of risk by either party. Pesonal checks are due by 5th of each month. Customers can make full payment at their own will, but HISA will not be liable for reimbursement in any case, especially of sudden death of any parties involved in payment and squash, and or out of state move of any parties.

In case of sudden death or out of state move, no party will be held liable for anything related to contract including money & services.

HISA is like a squash school, just like the monthly fee paid at school, no reimbursement when club is closed and due to holidays or travel of students.

MEMBERS

HISA monthly membership of $100 for contract players, Box league players, and HISA NorCal players. 10% off on squash equipment purchase from ISG for these HISA members, reimbursement at the end of the contract to be asked by the players. New club members to be offered special HISA members rates for club memberhip, if available for HISA at that time of the year.

RESCHEDULING

No make up for Clinics, weekend camps, track etc. If HISA reschedules such event due to a us squash tournament, religious holiday etc then weekend camp will be rescheduled on another day.

Private sessions if missed. Rescheduling before 24 hours and only if fully paid and if court time is available within a week. If lessons are scheduled to be completed within a month, there will be no refund or make-up, and roll over to next month. If student is not available due to sickness or travel etc, 24 hours notice is required and only private lessons can be rescheduled with doctor's note. 24 hour notice must be given if canceling or rescheduling any lesson, otherwise the full fee for the lesson will be charged to membership account if no monthly payments are set-up.

NGSP/INGSP

NGSP & INGSP lessons: preferably on the 2nd Sunday morning of each month

ANY SPECIAL DEAL

Any reduction on the payment due to any unusual special deal will be applied in the next contract. If next contract is not signed, then no reimbursement.

Rule 15 is not applicable for any short term deal, upto maximum 2 months. SIGNING UP FOR ALL WEEKS of summer camp, THEN THE 13TH WEEK reimburesment will be applied in next years contract.

DISCOUNTS

The Sibling discount is 10% for 1st sibling, 20% for 2nd sibling,30% for 3rd sibling.40% for 4th sibling, 50% for 5th sibling, 60% for 6th sibling, 70% for the 7th sibling, 80% for the 8th sibling, and max 90% for onwards. This is only for those players who sign the yearly contract with HISA.

EQUIPMENT

Only gum sole court shoes allowed. Other shoes (on some shoes it is claimed as non-marking) may put marks on the wooden floor.

Squash racquets and Shoes rental fee is $15 each item. Paid rental fee can be applied towards the purchase of racquet from the ONLINE pro shop http://www.internationalsportsgear.com/index.html .

NON-MEMBER

Squash court fee of $25 for non-members and students.

PARENTS

All Parents are encouraged to support, cheer and enjoy watching their kids Matches and Games during the Tournaments, Various Leagues, Ladder, and Challenge Court. Only to keep kids in focus & enjoy squash during their lessons, clinics, and camps, absolutely no parent is allowed to sit right outside the court/s, please sit in the club lobby.

DRESS CODE

To be part of the HISA Program ie camps, clinics, training (indoor and outdoor), Lessons etc below is the required dress code for boys and girls to maintain great learning and teaching environment. Boy: Shorts should cover the knees. Girls: Round neck t-shirt and legs covered.

RECORDING

No videos or photographs to be taken during any HISA events without the written/e-mail approval of HISA Director. HISA has the right to record the squash activities for any of the players under contract, or who take any of it's squash program.
